• Users who have voluntarily self-excluded from betting due to a mental health condition will not be permitted to re-register.

• Betting odds can change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is placed are final.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way due to a natural disaster or other circumstances, 3377's own rules will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 3377 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Each event has its own maximum betting limit, which cannot be exceeded.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple separate accounts will be treated as match fixing.

In live betting, odds update every few seconds. 3377 is not liable for bets that are delayed due to internet connectivity issues.

3377 accepts payments via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳50 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳100 BDT.
• Average withdrawal processing time: 5–15 minutes.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your account tier.
• Account verification (KYC) is required to process withdrawals.
• Depositing or withdrawing through another person's mobile number or account is not permitted.

3377 does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, mobile banking providers may apply their own charges, for which 3377 bears no responsibility.

• Users may request to close their account at any time.
• Before an account is closed, users will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (provided no terms have been violated).
• If an account is closed, all accrued bonuses and loyalty points will be forfeited.

3377 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
